Try stretching out in a peaceful place and breathing deeply and slowly. Just breathe, 4 slow counts in, 5 out. Nice and gentle.
If this no sleep thing goes on for too long and you begin to get anxious and not do well in class, go to a health professional. Sometimes the littlest thing can help you!

Just leave your eyes closed. I'm a student and I sometimes have this problem too. Just lay in bed and leave your eyes closed, you'll eventually sleep.
