When I don't need to get up for work, or a dentist's appointment etc., I really can't get up. I also can't get to sleep when I want. For instance, I woke up at 3pm today. Most people go to bed 16 hours after they get up...I can usually do better than that....but it still means going to bed at say 6am. How can I force myself into a better pattern? Can I tire myself out quickly doing/not doing something or eating/not eating something?
