Hello, this is long and somewhat badly written but could change your life..lol, honest.
Whatever you do, never trust anyone that advices you to take any pills to sleep, you'll get addicted and pay the price later in life.
I am like you for sleep patterns.
Experiments have been made with people in a room with just artificial lights, no clocks etc that showed most people would start go to sleep 2 or three hours LATER every "night" . They still only sleep 7 hours but get up that much later every time, shifting constantly by a couple of hours or more, Frank Zappa did this too.. I don't work as such as my money comes on auto from websites/marketing/affiliates so I add 3 maybe 4 hours to my day and end up working longer than anyone else lol, I am pc addicted, anyway, every three weeks I go back to normal as the cycle comes to full circle, I love it as I get to see the whole lot, dawns, nights, days, etc etc, but sometimes I have to be up at certain times so I have to "break the pattern" and go into what I call "unnatural sleep pattern", meaning like the rest of the rat race lot: sleep at the signal, wake up at the signal.
If you read till now, here is the meat: I am actually flying this monday so I must be up at 8am, fresh and ready.
Saturday I might wake up at 3PM so saturday night I won't be really able to sleep, so I just go to bed at about 10 pm and watch a movie, whatever.
While watching the movie I will bring up my t shirt over my mouth and breathe my own air, lightly but surely kind of "gassing" myseld with my own breath. I will do this till midnight or so, while watching the movie I will alternate to "fresh" air then back to some more "mild CO2" as that is what it is.
This CO2 does build up into your own body and makes you sleepy, when sandman comes I'll just turn tv off and go under blankets for some real heavy "gassing session" sounds scary but this is what many people do without even knowing what they do.
It can be developed into a very successful technique, it always works and you won't mess your body with pills. If you got up late though you might wake up after three or four hours, repeat, stay in bed till 8am then get up. That night, repeat. You WILL sleep your 8 hours this time as you will have been awake all day and a bit of the previous night. That is it.
The first times it might seem like it doesnt work then you will wake up in the morning with last thought of the night being "this doesn't work"... it does work, think miners LOL people die from CO2 poisoning, in this case there's no real danger just a clever trick that involves no pills. I was told this by an 80 year old man who was sad as he learned it too late in life and could have enjoyed many more peaceful nights. good luck and never stick to the rat race too long, realize that WE pack up to 9 days into a 7 day week by enjoying longer days than the rest of the dummies!

Worry, stress, health problems these are just a few of the things that most people have to contend with in this day & age so its no wonder a lot of people are suffering with this particular complaint. I have no medical qualifications or experience in that field apart from my own personal experiences. I dont know if you drink a lot or take illicit drugs (a bad idea in your case) ....i use to have a sleep problem i still do sometimes so i try to stick to a regular regime & get to bed by a certain time. I have a hot milky drink about an hour or so before with a drop of whisky & then i take the yorkie for a good walk which helps the mind to relax i hope this is helpful as im feeling a bit tired now....sorry about that....incidently i find central heating can cause prpblems in the sleeping dept. so i try to use it as little as possible....good luck!

dont take no drugs not even herbal crap.. best way is excercise and a nice hot bath and hot milk before bed... gradully reduce the lateness in your bedtime until you get to the time u want to sleep, sleep for between 7 & 8 hours no more or you will be over tired. i go bed at 10pm work days get up at 5am come 9pm im feeling very sleepy and lay down watching tv eventually fall asleep... dont drink tea or coffee or eat a large meal 2 hours before bed just water or milk, try reading or laying in bed watching tv with your jimjams on..

Honestly, the easiest way would be to ask your doctor for a small prescription for Ambien CR. Then take it at a more normal bedtime--it should help put you to sleep and keep you that way. Just don't take the Ambien for too long or you may find you can't sleep without it.
The hard way is to force yourself to get up, don't let yourself take naps, develop a before-bed routine and set a bedtime, and stick to it.

each infant is often like this. My son became for the first 4 weeks or so. i became informed to attempt protecting him conscious longer in the evenings. supply your daughter a bath to keep her conscious...inspite of if this is really 0.5 an hour longer then favourite. babies are meant to sleep lots besides, yet steadily replacing her daylight hours sleeps receives her on the right music to sleeping at evening more desirable. It gained't ensue in a unmarried day even with the truth that. you'll likely be a zombie for the subsequent little at the same time as attempting to transition her. reliable success...it does get a lot less stressful!
