For the past week I have been sleeping the most 3-4 hours. I'm not stressing and I'm tossing all night. TV doesn't work for me...
Advise... =)

i have the same problem. this sounds crazy but i play a name game with myself and i refuse to give up so i just bore myself to sleep.

i pick something like musicians and then i pick a letter. i have to name every musician i can that starts with that letter. i won't let myself think about anything else and i keep a count so i am really focused on this. i will think and think and think till i come up with all the names i can. it really does work.

i also will do soduko puzzles in bed with barely any light on (bad for the eyes though). i also refuse to let myself give up and i do the hardest that i can.

try listening to something on tv instead of watching. i sometimes listen to stand up comedy and it puts me out as well.

this is gonna sound silly but i usually end up picking up a really boring book and it usually puts me straight to sleep lol or start cleaning the house or exercising...worst comes to worst, try counting sheep or listening to classical music or something. ooooor...try buying one of those little machines that play sounds liek the ocean waves or crickets. hope you got some ideas =)

When I can't sleep I try to drink a cup of Sleepy Time tea. It seems to help knock me out. Try to relax right before you go to bed, hot bath, candles, just relax yourself before you climb into bed. That might help calm your nerves so that you can fall asleep.
