I just started feeling pains all over my body and i puked and my head feels like its goin to explode please help is this Normal??!!

OMG i just made a level 5 cheer team and just had my doubble! and now i have a mental block and cant do a full!!! This is soooo weird i have always been able to do this and have never gotten a mental block! I even have trouble doing standing backs and layouts now!!! How can i make this go a way its like my body wont let me do it but i really really want to do it and dont care if i fall on my face!!! Please help what should i do!!!

My husband has severely cracked heels they are to the point that they bleed sometimes and he can hardly walk. We have tried vaseline, store brand cracked heal relief cream and just about every other expensive creams and he is still in pain. Is there any home remedies that will work?? Thanks in advance.

heya all :) yous have probs heard this question over and over again but anyways im 14 and for the past 4 months been suffering from lower back pain it can get really bad which a paracetamol settles it down it also makes it a bit hard to bend down and lift things up anyways my question is if i was to go to the doctors what would he most likely give me or tell me to do or would i just be wasting his time all answers will be gratefull thankyou all xx

I been trying for the past 10mins now to get a small piece of glass out of my foot. I'm getting annoyed. so does anyone know how to get a piece of glass.I tried soaking my foot for 20mins for as hot as I could stand it, I tried the Tweezers butmy tweezers seem to just suck & I have a pair of pliers but I can't seem to get a hold of it.

On June 25th,I'm having a Brostrom Procedure done (lateral ankle stabilization) due to multiple ankle sprains,a torn ATFL,and scar tissue build up,and I will probably get to choose the type of anesthesia,either general or spinal.Which one do you think would be the better choice?(not better,but more comfortable or whatever).I have never had surgery before if that makes any difference.

In my oppinon, this big red mark around a small dark red dot in the middle, looks like a may fly or mosquito bite. How can i ease/sooth the redness, beacase it looks very ugly and I already had it for one day on my side jaw. thnakyou

they don't look swollen, but I'm a little chubby, so maybe can't tell. it's worse at night and I thought maybe circulation problem as I sleep with my arms over my head. But now they feel swollen during the day too

IT's really wierd. It's the outside of my neck and it hurts abit when I swallow but it hurts a lot on the front of my neck. It's feels a bit stiff and when i'm talking or chewing it hurts worse. it's been going on for a day or two now.

He was injured at the age of 15, and he is now 28. He leans on that cane a lot and thus has problems with his right shoulder, elbow, and wrist. We believe that if he was in the right physical therapy program, he could benefit. as to how to ease foot pain associated with standing all day? My job requires me to stand for at least seven hours a day. I have tried the best, most expensive shoes, and yet my feet are in excruciating pain at the end of the day. Any suggestions (and I don't want a different job)?

A few days ago, I woke up with a terrible crick in my neck & it feels like I have a pulled muscle in my neck down to the back of my shoulder. I have tried heat pads, massage, Vicoprofen (a combination drug of Vicodin & Ibuprofen), & Norflex (muscle relaxer). Nothing I have done has helped. If you know of something I haven't tried, please help! Thanks.

I have them about twice a year. I get this shimmery spot in my vision. It gets bigger after a few minutes until it finally disappears and then I get a bad headache. I am not sure if I should see a doctor about this or which doctor for that matter. A general practitioner or my eye doctor? Is there anything that can be used to prevent the migraines from coming back? I would appreciate any feedback form those who suffer from these and who have seen a doctor. Thanks!

My rotator cuff hurts?
Ouch my rotator cuff?

i hurt my rotator cuff the doc said. He was amazed that he did not even need to undress me to tell this. on the back side of my shoulder there is a bump and a bruise followin my shoulder. any ideas wat wrong? he was hopin it would settle over the weekend but i am still in a fair bit of pain with it and since i seen the doc my hand got swollen.

the headach goes away in about 20 minutes, but when it happens it hurts SO bad! feels like my head is going to explode. I've never had a migraine. This has never happened before, I have a newish boyfriend...could it just be stress? My blood pressure following is fine (i checked)...ideas??

I get severe cramp, in my legs, every morning before I get up. They usually make me Get up because I cannot relieve them lying down. im 23 and when i was 19 i was diagnosed with a femoral neck stress fracture, when i was in the military. for the past two weeks my leg has had deep pains that radiate from my hip to my foot. a ct scan ruled out sciatica. and im waiting on results from an mri. just heard that stress fractures and avn are related
