basically i don't have insurance, i know there is a fracture, and i'm considering buying a foam/air boot for $80 compared to a cast for $400 and up.

I was diagnosed 8 weeks ago with a bacterial infection........it attacked my soft tissue, ie, throat, inner ear, nasal passage, tonsils and my vaginal wall.
I took all the tablets, anti-biotics and anti-inflammatories, rested and got over it in about 9 days.
It came back about 4 weeks ago to the same extent, again, went to the doctor got the pills, followed the routine and off it went.
It is now coming back, I can feel my throat getting sore and itchy again, ears are hurting etc...........why does it keep coming back?

I have to take antibiotics prescribed by my dentist-but as pathetic as it sounds-I cannot swallow them0I suffer with a fear of choking-has anyone got any helpful ideas?I know i sound lame-but I really am very worried.

What is best way to comfort or handle the regular coughing that goes on and on for 2 hours at a stretch ? Do i sit him up and try to sleep that way ? ointment on chest does not work ..., do i put him on tummy and sleep that way ?? there must be ways of handling and letting him hv decent sleep till morning to see the doc ? Help!
He's 4.5 yrs old. He's not great in the lung compartment .. don't know how to strengthen that weakness ?

Here goes. About 2 months ago, I started having stomach problems (irratic bowel movements, loose stools). Then came came on anxiety and stress (probably due to worrying about my stomach all of the time). I was able to calm my stomach down a little by eating plenty of yogurt everyday. Now I have a sinus infection and I believe the medicine I am taking is giving me diarrhea. All along the while I have been battling an ingrown toenail that has become infected. I was taking antibiotics to fight the infection and will be going back to get it cut out. Could the infection from my ingrown toenail be causing my health problems?

I am concerned about one of my son's friends. He is 18 and stayed with us last night after a night of drinking. When he woke in the morning he was hungover and vomited. Afterwards he told me that there was blood in it which was bright red and clotted. Typically, when I said he should get it checked out by his GP he said 'ah don't worry, I'll be fine' But I am worried. Any advice?

Lately I havn't been able to sleep at all, or it takes many hours to actually get to sleep. Is there any methods that I can use to help me sleep better or actually go to sleep before resorting to sleeping pills?

My husband went to the hospital....he can't work due to some legal reasons..however i do work. The hospital sent us some forms for something about Charity Care, which i doubt i qualify for..i make more then their number requires..BUT i don't make tons of money, i support my husband 100% financially, so thats 2 people on one wage, I can really only afford $20 a month..even though they wanted $100 a month.. On these forms they want bank account details, numbers and balances.. Although, i have no money in there..it still kind of worries me...should i worry or let them have the details? or just pay them what i can afford per month.

Any advice or ideas would be appreciated

I sometimes forget if I took mine...so opt to take one (may be the first, may be the second?). I do know you have to be careful, particularly with fat soluable vitamins, but I don't do this frequently (maybe once every week or two).

I've lost a lot of weight, changed my diet to a healthy one, and exercise regularly, but my blood pressure is still high, sometimes higher than before I did these things, with headaches.
What else could cause it? I'm now about 16 lbs more than I should be, not massively overweight.
