Ear wax is only orange if you have a serious Iron deficiency.
You should go to the doctor at once!!!!
Seriously, if you don't get it checked out then you could have serious problems.

Cerumen (ser-REW-men), the term for ear wax, can be orange, orange-brown, golden, golden-brown, brown and blackish-brown. The color depends on how long it's been siiting in the external ear canal. It changes color with oxidation, that is, exposure to air. There is no answer to your question. Just as there's no answer as to why the pigment in blood happens to be red. It is what it is.

ear wax is mainly from the wax gland in the inner ear, there are two types keratin, cerumen. The reason why it is this colour the wax gland mixes with dead skin, sweat, oil mix them together you can get browny/yellow build up without one of them you would be in trouble.
