The other day I was trying to get this mutt out of my yard and when I finally got him, he scratched my face, it starts right under my under eyelid and goes down about to mid cheek, what can I do to keep it from scarring?

For about a week now... I have had bad dreams all night, therefor not slept well. I have had no appitite, and when I do eat I feel sick right away. Whenever I wake up in the morning I feel terrible and have a really bad taste in my mouth, which I have never had before.
I usually eat all the time, and sleep really well through the night.

What is wrong with me??

I want to sleep well and eat without feeling like I shouldn't have.

Hi, I always wake up from sleeping with a sore throat, it is getting to be a painful nuisance. Any idea what might cause this - an allergy perhaps? Has anyone else experienced this?

i'm planning to quit smoking by my bday which coupla days away only, is it true that i will gain weight? and what's better, to graduallu minimize the cigarettes i smoke daily or to just quit? do the nicotine gums help? any other tips? I don't remember bumping into anything or twisting it. It feels like there's a little bit of swelling on the side of my kneecap. It almost feels "tight" (I can't think of a better way to describe it) when I'm sitting down and when I'm walking on it I have pain and it feels like it's gonna pop out of socket or something. I've never injured this knee and I don't have arthritis but it is raining today. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

I have been able to crack my shoulders since I was a teenager - I'm 29 now. However, I never do it.

Last week my right shoulder suddenly, without incident, began throbbing and to move it was difficult and it felt almost like I had dislocated it. I gave it some rest and was able to move it here and there but then it got bad again. Today I'm forcing it around and can hear all sorts of crunching and grinding, as can people sitting near me.

Literally, it feels like any minute now it's just going to break completely off and only be attached by the skin. The pain comes and goes but I just have that scary "don't move it" feeling.

What is up??

(I know I know, go to the ER - I will. But can you tell me what it might be where I didn't do anything?)

Ive got these little red spots on my left arm, some on my tummy, thighs and ankles not alot, but are quite noticable. they appeared within the last few days. They look like insect bites or maybe heat lumps. what do you think they are? they itch like hell!! i put calamine lotion on but still really uncomfortable. i though maybe it was some sort of heat rash from overheating in the heat? been for cold showers to cool them down. x
