I live in Oklahoma. Try to stay inside, assuming you have an air conditioner. I also go outside and do things like feed the dog and water plants late in the evening or early in the morning. If you must mow or something try to do it early too, and use the shade as an advantage. Also my kids have been enjoying swimming, playing in the water and sprinkler toys. Be cool.

Buy a portable air-conditions and return them before 30 days or when the heat wave is over. I’ve done that so many times

If your in the house turn the thermostat to 70 degrees and be done! If your outside find a good shade tree and a cold beer...

move somewhere colder or imagine being in iraq where its 125 on a regular basis and you have to wear a full military outfit then you'll fel better about your situation

i live in tx too...i get a wet hand towel and put it in the freezer and once it has frozen, i take it out and put it around my neck....this helps tremendously
