i burnt my lips w/ my hair straightener...dont ask...and my lips are all puffy and red and are peeling...is it permanent or will it go away...and how long will it take and what can i do 2 make it go away

I am 31 and I didn't think I would have to worry about this problem so soon. I had a really stressfull year in 2006 and I am noticing my skin doesn't have as much elasticity and I have more wrinkles (like on my foreghead and around my eyes). Does anyone know of any cosmetic creams that actually work? Not interested in anything else. Price doesn't matter. Thanks so much!

i have verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy small white thorns like thing on and near my nose part(almost invisible).but if i see my face verry closer then those thorns appear to me. i want to know wat is that and how can it be removed.and how it is caused. ?

I know eczema patients suffer emotionally and mentally from this skin disease. Especially, girls, they can't wear nice clothes because of the skin..because I'm one too. I have a really serious question to ask, is there any chance for eczema patients to get married? I know marrying a person doesn't depends on their outlook.But, this is reality, my heart really ache when I know that there're many men who love a woman, but to talk about marriage, that's other matter. Because I'm a girl, I know I'll not be married in the future.But, to think of the skin condition, how to have sex with your husband if you have eczema? That's the point, so I hope you guys can give me an answer...no jokes and pranks please.

My skin has rushes that never go away, i have tried many things in vain, nw am thinking of tryn johnson products? wonder whether its worth it!! I eat very helthy n do exercises but all dont help.

It is on my back and also on my stomach. It is so dry that when i scratch it flakes like dry scalp also i am starting to notice on my sides. It gets worst time to time. I used vaseline, coco butter, olive oil tried changing my sheets more often and also towels changed my bath wash, tried bathing in colder water and nothing helped. Is it my diet, my weight it is not the weather because i experience this all through the year and do not sun bathe or take tans. I drink lots and lots of water during the day and night. Can't figure it out but i am tired of scratching and feeling like if my skin is popping. my scalp is the same way at times i tried everything all the dandriff shampoos, changed to cream and very light hair dress to nothing but olive oil or naturals oils and the dry scalp would not fade. please help is ther anything i can take within to help this dry skin problem.???

i have a problem a little peice of crazy glue got in my throat, dont ask how & no im not mentally challenged. just answer. im not in danger of unable 2 breath etc, its just uncomofrtable i have a dry thing just in my throat. what can i drink, do to get rid of it? i dont think i need a medically emergency bc im still fine, and its really small spot. thanks

I have always had a few pimples on my upper thighs and on my back for as long as i can remember, but the pimples on my thighs have seemed to progress as of lately. I would guess i have about 15+ minor pimples all over my upper thighs, on my back, butt, and on my stomache that are not going away. Well they do go away but they form in other areas immediately. The pimples are mostly small red dots with white heads in the middle. some are larger then others with a larger ring of red around the white heads. None turn into nasty oozing problems. The pimples are probably caused by somthing i am doing, but i have no idea what it is or what i can do to solve it. While it is not a big problem, it is flaws in my skin and i would like to cure this with some sort of cream/medication or change in behavior if possible. That you in advance for any responses.

I got a sunburn around my mouth about 1 year ago. after the sunburn healed it left like this redness around my mouth, which shows up in pictures. It gets dry when i dont put lotion on it. I've asked doctors and a dermatologist before. they werent sure what to do. I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice.

My cousin said that I had dirt in my pours in my nose and that I should get it out by sqeezing it I did and got it all out. But now there are big holes in my nose. (I know im supposed to have holes on my skin but they are noticeable.) Is this normal? WHAT do I do?!

My Carin has an allergic reaction to something that makes black spots on her skin. Then there is the cycle of scratching and losing hair before it clears up. The vet cleared it up with steroids and put her on a (rice & egg) perscription diet. Three weeks after starting the diet the spots are back. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing it because now the vet is saying she may need to be on steroids all the time?

My boyfriends brother has been complaining about this and has went to a doctor, they dont know what it is, just told to take allergy medicine, this dosent help. so here is what is going on. mostly on his back shoulder blades scalp and stomach elbows, not so much on the legs. It started out last week just itching, now it is turning into a rash, its like tiny bumps almost like small pimples! i know he is itching bad..... 2 diffrent doc's no help .... plus hes at my house if its contagious i dont want it lol!!

...ok so my skin is SO SO SO SO dry. its starting to just get on my nervous!! my skin is ALWAYS dry and i dont know what to do about it. i almost ALL the time drink water. i also drink tea (sweet). and ONCE in a GREAT while i will have a soda (can). BUT i dont drink the whole can in one day, it usually takes me about 3 days before im done with it. is there ANYTHING i can do to help my dry dry skin. my hands are the main problem. i have hemp lotion, it really helps, BUT the one second i put my hand in water, BOOM, i have to put on lotion again. sometimes it get's SO BAD that i can streach my hand out and see wrinkles on my fingers cause its pulling from being SO FREAKIN DRY(im only 19). is there like a NATURAL pill that i can take to help this. i drink plenty of H2O, so thats not the problem. My boyfriend has been getting a rash after we have sex. What could be causing this? What would be a good treatment? Its never happened before, is there any chance that something about me could be causing it, like changes in my diet or something affecting my chemestry.
