My boyfriend has been getting a rash after we have sex. What could be causing this? What would be a good treatment? Its never happened before, is there any chance that something about me could be causing it, like changes in my diet or something affecting my chemestry.
Ha ha ha, I expect to get the "he's allergic to you" comments, so go ahead and get the jokes out of your system. But some serious responses would be nice too.

Is it possible that you are not lubricated enough, hence the rubbing during sex is making his skin raw?

You don't say where...is it on his penis, testicles, pube area???

There could be all sorts of answers...my "best bets" are:

1. Lubrication
2. Yeast infection
3. Condom allergy (if you're using condoms).

there is such a thing as being allergic to sex but it is usually the woman allergic to the semen. I did some research and could find nothing on a man being allergic... it may be the condoms... lots of people are allergic to latex and plastics
or it maybe any number of things such as lubricants, gels, foam( if you are using any of those) or
perfumes, soap --- anything on you... or it could just be a heat rash.
he should ask his doctor to make sure everything is ok.

It depends what the rash looks like, if it is his cheast getting red after sex that is a normal body reaction to an orgasim it if is a raised bumpy rash try bedadyl or claritan to clear it up.

It probably has nothing to do with you, maybe it's just him breaking out in a rash when he gets excited. He could go and talk to his doctor about his situation.

Have you ever thought of it as a "carpet burn" kinda thing. Try using some A&D ointment or maybe some hydrocortizone cream.
