When i scratch my private area these small brown specks strt falling off..i odnt know what they are...i looked up crabs but that soenst fit the description. they are like dirt but small specks

If they are crabs you're probably not qualified to check them yourself. Best advice would be to save the specks somehow to show to a doctor with a microscope.
Try scratching some off onto a piece of paper, fold it into an envelope and see a doctor.

You really need to bathe on a daily basis dude...that's sick. If you think it's critters, then go see your doc. If they are critters your doc will know, you won't need to catch any of them on any paper. Maybe you really need to shower with some scalding hot water, and use soap...this is really TMI!
