I have always had a few pimples on my upper thighs and on my back for as long as i can remember, but the pimples on my thighs have seemed to progress as of lately. I would guess i have about 15+ minor pimples all over my upper thighs, on my back, butt, and on my stomache that are not going away. Well they do go away but they form in other areas immediately. The pimples are mostly small red dots with white heads in the middle. some are larger then others with a larger ring of red around the white heads. None turn into nasty oozing problems. The pimples are probably caused by somthing i am doing, but i have no idea what it is or what i can do to solve it. While it is not a big problem, it is flaws in my skin and i would like to cure this with some sort of cream/medication or change in behavior if possible. That you in advance for any responses.

sounds like an allergic reaction to something...detergent, cream, clothes, dye...
Wear cotton clothes, don't wear clothes till AFTER they've been washed. Wash clothes in fragrance free detergent (All, Cheer)
same for softner (Downey Free) and dryer sheets, (All, Bounce free.)
Shower with fragrance free soap ( stay away from body gel's etc)
Fragrance free lotion (Keri, Lubriderm, etc)

When you shave your legs don't use the same razor that you use on your underarms...(I'm assuming you're female...if not disreguard this part) deodorant can stay in a razor and make zits on your legs...always have 2 razors and don't mix them up...also don't use razors that have that 'smooth strip' on the top. it's usually full of stuff that can make you break out.

Think about it. Pimples are caused by ingrown hairs and clogged pores. Soap has a tendency to clog pores. I often break out in pimples on my arms if I use the wrong kind of soap...and I never get acne otherwise. Like everyone else, I suggest you exfoliate regularly [don't rub your skin off!] and change to soap for sensitive skin... always wear cotton! Polyester does not allow your skin to breath and can also contribute to acne. Cetaphil [?] is also a good soap--but expensive. Lotions also clog pores...
Consider your skin type and try different soaps, detergents [Ivory is supposed to be great detergent for skin issues].
And if all else fails--go see a dermatologist.
Good luck!

Have you talked to a Dermatologist yet? That would be my first suggestion.
Could be:
sensitive skin..try using different laundry soap, or bath soap, or lotion. (Neutrgena soap is good, or perscripitves soap)
if it after shaving???
I know this sounds insensitive, but, do you wash well, and often enough? Try a gentle ex foliation with a nylon looped glove.
Do you live in a hot and humid climate?
Maybe you have a sensitivity to the clothing you are wearing??

Could be your age?? (Hormones)
If this doesn't work see the dr.

Could be folliculitis (inflammation/infection of the hair follicles) or an allergic reaction or something. See a doc/dermatologist and they will probably be able to solve the problem.
