Molluscum contagiosum can't be treated, it's a viral condition that will go away on it's own, although it can take up to a year. If the blisters become infected, you can use an anti-bacterial cream, but this won't cure it. It's very contagious, but harmless - most people carry the virus but aren't affected, but children are particularly susceptible. It's unsightly, but it will go away - my daughter has had it for about four months now, and it does appear to be lessening, and doesn't bother her at all, bar a little itching. Try not to pick at the blisters, they will pop easily, but they're more likely to become infected if you do.
