I have this habit of chewing my knuckles and the skin off around my fingers and thumb. It started when I was young. I suppose it's a nervous habit...but it's out of control. My hand looks like it got burned. I never used to chew and eat the skin, but now I just swallow it down. I honestly don't know why I do it.

The texture of my skin is bad... It's kind of like acne and i do break out, but it's mostly little bumps that look like clogged pores. I also have really oily skin. Does anyone know of anything that really works???

Intense body itch?? What to do??
I have had diabetes for 25 years. I'm on the pump, in good control. Currently taking Humalog, Yasmin and Lexapro....(i have looked them up and not listed as a side effect or complications of each other) and for some good forsaken reason I have these very intense outbreaks for days on end where every little ounce/inch of my body itiches. I'm so miserable. Does anyone have a clue why this happens and or what I can do to help it. I have been using Aveno body wash and thick lotion. Thank you in advance.

A crew is tearing down walls and pulling up floors in my building today and there is dust in the air. My eyes and throat are stinging. I have a dry, gritty feeling in my lungs. What can I do to protect myself (beside leave the premises which is nt an option)?

My left hand balm getting dry in a weird way not all of it though, just a small part close to my wrist. It’s very weird its not itchy I didn’t even feel it, but I noticed it’s getting dry and cracked few weeks ago but I thought its just temporary thing but its still there. I heard about a kind of a disease that make your balm so dry and cracked and feels like wood. I’m really worried; I don’t want my balm to be like that. Please if anyone with medical experience or know anything about this thing to help me understand what’s the problem.

I previously had frostbite (not so severe that it damaged tissue or caused necrosis or anything like that). I know that once you've had it you are more prone to it again. Every time I have to sit in the cold for a while, it seems to reoccur. I've tried wearing multiple pairs of socks, thermal socks, several different types of gloves, and those little hand and feet warmer things. Nothing seems to work. I have to sit in the cold this weekend. Does anyone have any suggestions (short of staying home!) that I have not tried to prevent it from happening yet again? Thanks
