My left hand balm getting dry in a weird way not all of it though, just a small part close to my wrist. It’s very weird its not itchy I didn’t even feel it, but I noticed it’s getting dry and cracked few weeks ago but I thought its just temporary thing but its still there. I heard about a kind of a disease that make your balm so dry and cracked and feels like wood. I’m really worried; I don’t want my balm to be like that. Please if anyone with medical experience or know anything about this thing to help me understand what’s the problem.

any number of skin conditions can cause such symptoms, psoriasis, ecsema, scleroderma....the only way to know for sure what is happening is to consult a medical professional.

i'm not a doctor i dont know what you have but the best product for dry hands is Eucerin hand care! It's a little pricey but a little goes a long way. I have excema and that is what i use! Good LUck!

i think it's spelled Palm not balm. Go to a dermatologist that's your best bet.

It could be a callous or a wart.
