on your face -- wash daily with hot water and vinegar until clear
on body-- take bath daily with hot water, 2 cups vinegar and 2 cups Epsom salt until it clears up then do it every so often to keep your skin clear

I normally use clearasel products, such as face scrub and lotion. You can also buy pond's pore strips!! They work marvels for getting rid of blackheads :)
