I did ripe mine out once when i jumped from a ledge and i just took it out and let it heal over. I do know that my piercer said that they can't do the same place again. I would go back to where you got it done. Did you ripe it? How long ago did you have it done? Do you have infection? The skin shouldn't ripe anymore if you don't pull on it. But with out anyone seeing it on here I think it is best to see some one about it. Good Luck

You need to see a doctor right away. You could be or already have developed a serious infection. Your piercer is not a doctor so he could not give you a correct diagnosis. In the mean time I would take it out to allow the skin around to heal and decrease the risk of spreading infection. Good luck

i would definately suggest going to see a piercer for the repierce, and see a doctor. You can get it repierced after it heals, it'll be tough to get through the scar tissue, but it can happen.

first take it out! talk to your piercer- who might recommend seeing a doctor. eventually after everything heals- which takes a while- you should be able to repierce it- maybe try a reverse navel- the lower part of your navel- i think it looks sexy!

Have you used peroxide on it to keep it from getting infected? Has it ripped or is it just looking like it will rip? If all else fails you can take out ring and let it heal completely and then go elsewhere and have it re pierced. My husband does tattoos and body piercings. You should be able to get it re pierced once it heals. If you choice to take it out and let it heal, use vitamin e oil to prevent scaring.

I'd call your piercer first and see if they've heard of it, if they cant help you call a doctor.

i had the same problem with a clit hood piercing that ripped. just take it out and let it heal. clean it with a sea salt mixture. you just have to let it go. i know, it's a total bummer :(

Take it out. Let it heal, and then reevaluate the situation.
Also, keep it very clean - alcohol or peroxide.
