I have little bumps on my upper arm. I know people who have to, it's not a rash or anything, it doesn't itch. Some people say it's because you dont' put enough lotion, and other people say it's because you use really hot water to shower.

Lately I've working out a lot to lose weight, and recently when I walk on the treadmill my thighs rub against each other and cause chaffing(sp?). I do wear shorts and understand that i might have to wear longer pants, but that's not the case cause I tried it.

What can I use as far as medication, ointments, etc. , to make it not irratate me so bad?

Ok, heres the deal. I have extremely dry skin. It's so unbearable, that I cannot get comfortable at night. Itchy itchy itchy, and painful. I don't use soap for this reason, I usually use a moisturizing body wash, all year round. I've tried a ton of lotions (including Olay Quench etc) and nothing seems to really help. They only help for a couple of minutes or so, and it goes right back to being itchy and dry. Anyone know of some great remedies to this? Or maybe some better lotions? It would help a ton, I cant get comfortable because of this. It itches all over. Thanx in advance for any advice :)

I gave my friend a piece of aloe vera leaf which she used with success. She received another piece from a relative and when she used it on her dry and cracked hands, it turned her finger blue at the site of the cut. Why?

Doc seems to think its safe but I'm not sure. The possibility of long term side effects is what I'm worried about.

I appreciate any feedback. Thanks

A few months ago during the summer I passed out for a while on a floaty in my pool and had the worst sunburn on my chest and arms. Thought its gone away, you can still see a difference in color where the burn was, its uneven and my upper arms are freckled and the hair grows in a different direction. Will I have this burn for the rest of my life?

The skin under my lower lip goes through a cycle of being really dry and/or itchy, with the skin breaking or the top layer of skin peeling off.

I've changed chapsticks, switched lotions, tried exfoliating, putting on Neosporin, drinking more water and using a humidifier.

It's been like this from mid-August to now, although it seems to be getting better. Suggestions?
