I have little bumps on my upper arm. I know people who have to, it's not a rash or anything, it doesn't itch. Some people say it's because you dont' put enough lotion, and other people say it's because you use really hot water to shower.

You don't give a lot of details, so it's hard for me to answer you. Is it a hard bump, and the same color as the rest of your skin? In that case, it's probably a fat bump. Have you gained weight recently? They're not dangerous, they're just a way for the body to store extra fat.
You should probably get a doctor to examine that, though, just in case.

I have them too. I was told by a dermatoligist it is like a nerve rash. Some people just have sensitive skin. It use to make me self consious. I didn't want to wear tank tops. If you get a tan they hide easily . If they are like little pimples then try to eat healthier and drink water . This stuff has helped me clear the bumps through out my life.

I have them too and was told by my doctor that it was dead skin that isn't falling off like it should and instead forming these pimple like things. I agree that water helps but I've also used the over the counter Microdermabrasion kit from Loreal twice a week and it's helped a lot.
