I have a sunburn that is killing me. I got it on Saturday and it is mostly hurting on my shoulders. It's still really hurting. It's starting to blister. I've put vinegar on wash cloths and put it on my shoulders, and I've also used Aloe Vera. Now when I use the vinegar, it hurts so I don't do that anymore, and it's too sensitive to put more Aloe Vera on it. What can I do?

I have extremely dry skin around my eyes and lips. My skin has become red and flaky. It also burns sometimes. I've tried several different products but nothing seems to work. I can't go to a dermatologist because I do not have health insurance right now. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am at work today. A co-worker came up to me and ask me to research what could cause a stain on the skin. She showed me her hip and there is a large bruise like stain on her skin. She said her doctor told her that it could be an allergic reaction to ibuprofen. She thinks it is something else. Could anyone give me an idea that i can research on this for her. It is about the size of her palm. It looks like a bruise but it doesnt hurt. It is dark in color. Any thoughts?

I'm looking for people who have experience with different treatments. We used Cantharadin, and there is some mild redness/scarring and I'm not sure it will go away or not. So the next decision is whether we should treat the rest (about 25) with cantharadin, or have them scooped out with a curette. I have a pediatric surgeon who will do them. I'm concerned about scarring, and with leaving them, they may continue to spread. Please help I'm struggling with making a decision. Several on her chest, I want the least amount of scarring. She is still young, and I would think, be more likely to heal better, especially if I buy special creams. I'd hate to do the cantharadin again, because of the blistering, but if it's a better choice....
Thanks

I have to wash my hair every day because it gets flaky. I have a few small scabs on the top of my head. I have tried every special shampoo - Pyrithione zinc, salicylic acid, Coal Tar, herbal formulas, and even medicated dog shampoo! I am embarassed to get a haircut or have anyone look at my hair up close, because they will see the scabs. It's gross, what can I do?

This operation is for hyperhidrosis, an excessive sweating disorder of the hands/armpits.. It is FDA approved and I believe many health insurance pay for the procedure, as claimed by the doctor. But since I am currently a college student without a full-time job, will Medicaid help me out paying for this type of surgery?

Over the last three months, my skin has been itching alot, most especially when iam asleep. Sometimes the itching even wakes me up from sleep and when i scratch, the itchy areas swell up like mosquito bites. After a few days, the swellings go down again. I feel perfectly fine except for this itching. Some times are worse than others. I thought i was reacting to something like food or insects or even flowers since it is spring in europe and it is my first time to experince spring in europe. Sometimes the itching almost totally disappears and my skin clears but then it starts itching again. What could it be?
