If you are swimming in a lake it might have swimmers itch.
Just a slight rash and if you put pressure on your hands you can see small white dots. Nothing serious just dry off really good after you swim.
If a pool then you might be having allergic reaction to chlroine or other chemical in the water.

Were you in a pool? It could be that there was a lot of chlorine in the water. If so, make sure you rinse well after swimming and apply a good moisturizer. If you're swimming at a lake, it could be swimmers' itch and will need prescription medicine to clear it up.
