what r these small pimples on my skin?

not acne or warts and not itchy or sore

they r on my hands and sometimes on the sides of my feet NOT my face and it isnt warts or acne

it can be a rash my cousin gets those

your face is just dirty..wash it or it could be some sort of heat rash

Maybe you have "chicken skin". I know a few people with that.
