It seems like a really dumb question, but how long do you have to leave it in there?

I'm a new 'owner' of herpes & i really feel depressed.Cold sores envelop my mouth from time to time.I still can't accept the fact that i'm the only one in my family to have it.

My question is,how do i prevent it from spreading to my loved ones? And by having herpes, does this mean i can't have any kind of contact with others? (touching, hugging, kissing, etc.)

Also,is there anything important i should know? What medicines are best in soothing a cold sore outbreak?

what else could it be? i got sick over a year ago very nasty the worst flu ever, with vomiting etc, but that was forever ago and i think im still spreading it which is weird because most people only say it lasts for a bit, ive noticed its never like regular, some people get sick the next day others dont, i dont have access to get checked out right now so id like to narrow it down just what else could it be? i doubt its like hepatitis, because others have gotten the same and they had the shots please help!!

Sorry to ask this again - I messed up while asking it the last time and made the time expire prematurely. But thanks to all that had responded.

Anyways, I've had a sore throat for six days now (getting worse). I just got back in the country, and I'm not insured, so I really don't want to go to the doctor and have to pay uninsured prices.

Would antibiotics that were prescribed for other reasons help at all, even if not specifically for a sore throat?

I know it's never recommended to take unprescribed medication, but would antibiotics, in and of themselves, be effective at all?

Again, thanks.

I understand that Dr. Robert Gallo created the AIDS virus at the Ft. Deitrick bio-medical labs in Maryland and that it was introduced into the general population because of his sloppy bio-security measures.

I found this info at :

www.apfn.org/apfn/aids.htm

www.bbsradio.com/bbc/leonard_horowitz_radio.php

www.amazon.co.uk/Emerging-Viruses-Nature-Accident-Intentional/dp/0923550127

Somehow, a disease like AIDS just showing up out of the blue and ravaging the planet doesn't wash with me. And too many people are trying to point fingers in too many directions as to the source. Any thoughts on this?

Hi,
I am a vegan and I ate mostly fruit and odwalla juices before the candida diagnosis. I don't know what to do now. Please Help! I would love a structured meal plan, I am starting to get really hungry, is there anybody who can help, because I'd love to eat some breakfast tomorrow. I am normally quite healthy and need a nutritious plan because I don't want to stunt my growth. Thanks so much.

I have been running a low grade fever for about 6 weeks now. I always heard that you don't have to worry about low grade fevers but I don't think it should last that long. My temp used to always be 97 point something. Now it is ranging between 99 and 100. I feel tired and I am sweating alot at night. Any comments? Thanks

I have been living with athlete's foot for years and it has never spread to any other areas of my body or to anyone else, but I'm worried that it will one day. How do I prevent the spread of athlete's foot? And if my feet does not show any signs of infection, does that mean that the fungus can't spread? Sometimes my athlete's foot goes away, or is not noticeable such as when winter comes.
