It is possible, however it doesn't happen very often. Boys are far less likely to get them than girls. If you son is experiencing pain or burning when urinating, it could be from an infection or it could just be because the urethra is irritated. However it also depends on the age of the boy, if he is older and sexually active then it could be from a STD. Best advice would be to take the child to a doctor and let them do the diagnosis, if it's an infection it will have to be treated with antibiotics, but only they can tell you for sure.

Yes, but not as much as girls. (clasical triad of symptoms is increased urination, pain when urinating and fever). Since most UTIs are caused by bacteria that live in the bowel/ vagina it is easier to reach the urethra (urinary opening) in girls than boys. Boys with UTIs, especially when young need to be investigated by a dr more thouroughly as they are more likely to have congenital abnormalities of the urinary tract. Drink more, go to the toilet more, go to toilet after sex, go to the toilet twice, wipe front to back for No. 2's. Drinking cranberry juice may help.

Because of their anatomy, boys don't get urinary tract infections nearly as easily as girls, but it can certainly happen.

If you want a boyfriend so bad, then I highly recommend following this https://bitly.im/aOfYQ Since you've never dated or been kissed before, it's going to be hard to get a boyfriend if you don't know what to do but once you know what to do, you'll be able to get a boyfriend pretty easily and can share your dating stories with your friends and experience those feelings yourself. You'll even be able to attract guys you might feel is out of your league. I suggest going on a bunch of dates before choosing one guy to be your boyfriend. Have fun.

Yes males and females can both suffer from UTI's, but it is most common in females.
If he is having symptoms then he should seek medical advice, as he may need a course of antibioics.
Drinking plenty of water and /or cranberry juice will help.
