My whole family suffers from insomenia, my self included. But I discovered recently that if I eat a little piece of chocolate just after I wake up (dark works best) that I fall back asleep almost imediately. Any one know why?

there really doesn't seem to be a soild reason for marijana being illegal and i was wondering everyones opion, some interesting facts that i have found is that marijana is considered a class one drug witch means it has no medical use, but then why is there medical marijana? Also There as not been any reported deaths form the "drug".

I have a tendency to forgive and forget too easily. Sometimes when people have done things that have hurt me alot I will try to forget what they have done and therefore I set myself up to be hurt again and again. Because I enjoy writing, I am contemplating devoting a journal that will disclose these painful experiences and hopefully help me to distance myself from these negative influences......
I want to know if this is pyschologically healthy, or will I be dwelling on the past too much.

I can't see images far away clearly, and its something I've lived with for a while but I'd like to reverse. I play a lot of tennis and I wish I could pick the ball up early and see where my shots are landing and track the ball better. I'd also like to be able to just see everything better. I have prescription sun glasses for day and regular glasses for nigt, but I don't like wearing glasses all the time.

I've considered contacts, but I'm really afraid of an eye infection and don't want to go through the effort of putting them in every day. I have an auto immune disorder so I really don't want any kind of infections, and all the news about the contact lense solution has scared me away from them.

I remember years ago there was a comercial for some kind of eye exercise program that was supposed to improve vision. Where can I find info on that or anything else that might help?

i yelled a bit on monday but my voice is still hoarse. I dont feel sick or anything like that. My voice is still hoarse... it doesnt hurt to talk but it doesnt seem to be going away..any suggestions?
