This is probably the most dangerous book on the market right now. It is so full of demonstrably false, and outrageously dangerous health advice (and paranoid rants!) that it should be pulled from shelves by any bookstore with a conscience. Walgreen's pharmacies pulled it and showed that they really do care about their customer's health by not lending their own credibility to someone the FTC fined for making false claims.
People who follow his advice on cancer will die. I would say many other things about this man, but he is pretty litigious and I'd prefer not to be sued. I can however, state things that are a matter of public record.
"In September 2004, after having been charged repeatedly with false advertising, infomercial marketer Kevin Trudeau became bound by an FTC consent agreement under which he agreed to pay a $2 million penalty and be banned from appearing in, producing, or disseminating future infomercials that advertise any type of product, service, or program to the public, except for "truthful infomercials for books, newsletters, and other informational publications." An FTC official stated that the ban was "meant to shut down an infomercial empire that has misled American consumers for years."" -From Quackwatch.org
He has been convicted and fined for FRAUD! He is a criminal!
Ultraviolet light can cause cancer! It is proven that it can cause cancer! YET THIS JOKER SAYS THAT SUNLIGHT (with is major UV components) DOESN'T CAUSE CANCER, BUT SUNSCREEN DOES!!! What more do you need to convince you that this man is either insane or a fraud?
The following link is to an analysis of KT's infomercial on his 'natural cures' book: http://www.infomercialwatch.org/tran/trudeau.shtml
Do NOT buy this guy's book, and if you want to stay healthy, do NOT follow his 'advice'. It is nonsense, and dangerous nonsense at that!

30% stuff that has been proven to work and is widely known in many sources, 50% stuff that is rumored to work in other regions but is more likely the result of differing diets and environmental conditions, and 20% stuff that is full bull malarkey.
Seriously, a lot of the extracts and what-not from different nations are based upon a totally different diet and style of life. People in China may get less cancer than Americans, not because of ginseng or ghinko balboa, but because they eat tons of rice and not much fats, and they spend less time on their butts in front of TVs and computers.
