I was wrongly prescribed thorizine for a severe sleeping disorder that I have recovered from. I would like to know the most effectivve method of expelling it out of my body. I am open to any and all suggestions. feel free to e-mail me with with any info as well. thanks

One of the best things you can do is go to your local health food store and ask them to show you their line of whole body detox regimens. Renew makes one that I, as well as my clients, have had success with; there are others, as well. Renew is a 4 capsule per day (2am; 2pm) regimen. Others would be similar. I would suggest that you take them for two weeks, then take a week off, and then on for two more weeks. That should clear out any "nasties" that may be lingering.
