I have great major depression after moving from ca. to oregon. I guess that I left alot of friends for 30 to 38 years and I feel lonesome. I quit drinking alcohol in 1991 feb 18 and I am in recovery for nearly 16 years and I guess caused me to have a chemical imbalance...I also take ativan if I get to ansy as I am trying to quit smoking and I am 10 days free from cigarettes.

in the last 5 days i have been masturbating for at least twice a day and now(yesterday and today) i dont get strong erections no more i mean i do but it doesnt last as long. and its soft
can this be becase i did it alot?? will it go back to normal if i stop masturbating? today i didnt and yesterday either.

i have a hard time swallowing something when i eat as i have to swallow several times before i get it down it comes up on me then i choke on it. im not sure but i think it started after i got my tonsils out a few years ago maybe it is because of that i dont know. does anyone else suffer from that or can anyone tell me what it is?

I have an Arnold Chiari Malformation, type 1. My son's biological sister got diagnosed with the same thing last month. We're trying to find statistics on how rare it is, how many people per thousand are diagnosed, or whatever. And we're also wondering, is it genetic or hereditary? Links appreciated.

DOes anyone have this weight bench? If so what kinda of bar do you use to bencH? I Was given this weight bench and seem to have a hard time bench pressing. I have a straight bar I am having a hard time getting pass those white knobs that hold the bar in place and is it me or is the bench not wide at all?
