First of all, what is your ultimate goal? How many pounds or inches do you want to lose? Do you have to fit into something quickly or do you have time to do it the right way? I have learned from trying various diets and pills that THE best way to lose weight and keep it off is eat better and exercise for 30 min. a day. Even if it's walking around the block. Anything that gets your metabolism going. Also, you don't necessarily have to cut out everything you like. You can start by cutting back on portions, cutting back on salt, sweets, fatty foods. Go slow with it. Incorporate fresh fruits and veggies in your daily diet. Don't starve yourself because it will just make it worse. Don't weigh yourself everyday either. You will notice the way your clothes fit before you see pounds coming off! Good luck!

First, watch what you eat, portion sizes, and when you eat. (Watch your refined sugars and saturated fats.) You're body won't burn as many calories when you're sleeping, so don't eat right before bed. Always make sure you eat something before a workout. While it's true that building muscle burns calories, you'll also be adding muscle mass, which weighs more. To counter this, make sure you get in a good 20 min- 1 hr of cardio, preferrably before using any weights. (You must do a straight 20 min. minimum of cardio to really reap any benefits.) The elliptical machine will give you a great total body workout! Alternate days if you can for weights and cardio- don't overstress your body. Always aim for a good sweat. And refuel with Gatorade or water- Not soda. Set a steady workout schedule for yourself (invest time in a gym or class) and begin to kick bad habits. A set routine should be adapted within two weeks. One final tip: Stay away from diet pills- they'll wreck your system, and the weight will come back once you stop taking them.

Eating less always helps, but it's wise to try to eat healthy. Eat real food, not processed and try to drink water instead of empty calorie soda. exercising for 30 minutes five days a week should help.
Other things that may help are boosting fiber intake or taking a fiber supplement, organic apple cider vinegar, and digestive enzymes.
If after all this you still have trouble losing weight, get blood work for thyroid and insulin resistance. These tests would be TSH, Free t4, Free t3, fasting insulin, and glucose.

De-toxin is pretty good. Try to go on a fruit and vegetable fast. Started off slow, like do it for one day. Then the next week up it to 2 days and so on. If this doesn't help. Try doing extensive workouts.

Honestly, the best way to lose unwanted weight is to have sex. I am dead serious. It really works. You burn more fat doing that than anything else.

small portions. if you eat slowly, you will find your stomach really can't hold that triple diple sized burger and fries everyone seems to stuff down their throats.
But seriously, small portions, and EAT BREAKFAST (healthy one, if you start off healthy, you won't really crave the bad stuff).

Remove clothes. Then, chop off your legs. That would be cool.
