girlfriend has lost her tampon we tried looking for it but cant find it?

at the hospital reported him to the state for at least three conditions he did not have (including seigure disorder.) The doctor did this without telling my dad he was doing it AND Before any tests had confirmed what actually was wrong with him..The doctor reported to the state that my dad had dementia, psychiatric disorders, and seizure disorders..None of which was true...Tests revealed he has sleep apenia...It cost him four months without a driver's license, money for second opinions from other doctors, and a lot of time and effort having wrong information removed from his driver's license record.

Does he have a malpractice case, should he report this to the licensing board for the Doctor and/or the hospital.

Does anyone know if he has a legal case for damages..

Rigjt i am about 195lbs and all my grandma does is yell @ me about! most of it i gained over the school year because i never had time to joging or work out most of the time i jog befor dinner and work out after dinner!i do not eat that much junck food or drink that much non diet sodia. i need to lose 84lbs by 08/29/06. i do not want to lose it by making my self sick!

I've been experiencing mild abdominal pain on my right side directly below my rib cage on and off for 7 years. It used to last for about an hour and now it can last for days. It is very localized and specific to one spot. Sometimes it hurts pretty bad, and other times its just mild.

Okay I had unprotected sex at 8pm on Saturday. He didn't c*m inside me- he pulled out and came on my back then I gave him a bl*w job. ive recently gone to a dr to have a stress test for my heart,while scheduling the test, the Dr had a Chest xray done because im a smoker, im 44 and male.An area of the lungs showed up 'to prominently" so a CT scan was scheduled for the next day, it showed various inflammed lymph nodes in the lungs, the biggest @1.5 cm.No nodules or tumors were present, and im now on an antibiotic called Levaquin. and to repeat the CT scan in 3 months, to have a comparison. Im wondering what the possible causes could be?

Yup. Sickness always starts off or causes a loss of luminosity in the morphic feild or the loss of life force in our cells. Accupuncture is effective for me, but if you lack life force, luminosity, energy, see the Gp, cause you are dense and have no chance. Or implement an holistic approach that helps you recharge with life force as well as treat with alternative. Hello. Am thinking about getting contact lenses and cant afford to pay alot. I have glasses now but they fog up so fast on me that they are no good even with anti fog on them. I hear of people buying disposables at wal mart and such but how does that work. Dont they need to be a certain perscription? Sorry if I sound dumb lol.

I have read several articles relating to this topic and the explanation makes perfect sense. But they have come out with yet another experiment that concludes autism is not caused by the mercury in the immunizations. What do you think???

None of my friends have this problem that I know of but I don't want to go to the doctor for nothing. I get the pains probably 9 or 10 times a month, but unfornutately I haven't really been keeping count. Most of the time, I get these pains that make my stomach feel like it's just burning (I was told this isn't indigestion...but I'm not so sure?) when I eat pizza after 5 pm or so, or after I eat anything spicy. Also, sometimes the pain comes when I eat something sweet and I haven't eaten any "real" food for a while. Or sometimes it comes after eating just a regular meal. The burning is pretty bad. I just stop what I'm doing and go and lie down, although that doesn't help, it just makes it feel a tad bit better. And a lot of times, drinking milk helps the pain go away but still, this can't be normal, can it? Do you know what it could be and what might be done to treat it? Thanks for your answer.
