anywhere from about 133-155...that is the norm according to the doctor...NO THAT IS NOT RAIL-THIN...rail-thin females are not considered normal, or healthy...im overweight at 174...it also depends on your percentage of body weight

The healthy range is between 120 and 150, but that's a pretty big range and where you'd be healthiest depends on several things. One is your body build. If you're fairly muscular, you're going to be healthy at a higher weight than someone whose weight comes mostly from fat. Another is age. Teenagers are typically healthy at the low end, and as you get older and your body changes, a little more weight becomes acceptable.
