First of all you'd have to lose 10.5 a week to accomplish this goal. That is very unhealthy. Doctors recommend you lose 2 pounds a week. I would recommend drinking a lot of water, at least 6-8 cups a day. If you drink pop drink diet. If you have a problem drinking water get some of the Crystal Lite to add to it. It's sugar free and calorie free. Also eat a lot of fiber. It will help you stay full and help move fat out of your system. And of course exercise. Find something fun like playing basketball with your friends or touch football or go walking with your friends so you can have someone to chat with (time really do go by faster that way). Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park in the back of the parking lot when you go some where. Just don't make yourself sick. And don't take diet pills they are dangerous. Many people have died because of them.

first of all you are not going to lose that much weight healthy by your deadline. I would start by writing out a goal. Aim for 2 pounds a week. Try cutting 500 calories from your diet everyday and walking 10-30 minutes throughout the day. Get a pedometer if you can. Aim for like 10,000 steps a day, everyday. If you find that you are not getting your steps, try making first thing in the morning the time when you are exercising. This way if you need to add steps you have all day to continue....Good luck and if you ever need any support emotionally email me at mgrissom0820@yahoo.com...

Don't drink any soda at all (diet or not!) Soda is full of empty calories. When you drink sodas, you are consuming a large number of calories without them filling you up. My sister stopped drinking pop for a year, and she lost weight just by drinking water instead.
Watch what you eat. Eat more fruits and veggies. Try to get in as much exercise as you can. If you go to the store, park far away so that you can walk the extra distance.

If you can control how much you eat, that's the key. Especially if you go online and choose a diabetic diet. That's how I lost my weight. Now, I'm trying to gain it back because I lost too much eating like that. Again, the key is small portions.

Attempting to lose tha much weight in that short a time span is unhealthy. Weight loss is best addressed over time with a controlled diet and excercise.
You don't have to kill yourself, but you do need to be diciplined. You must also consider your body type.
If you feel your health is at risk, then you should consult with your doctor. They can refer you to a nutritionist or dietician. That is the safest approach. Don't kill yourself trying to lose the pounds.
and good luck.
