I've been taking the pill for almost 14 years, has anyone had or know of anyone who has had any bad/good effects from prolonged use of the pill?

Tomorrow I want to go deep-sea fishing with my brother. It will be my first time on the ocean and my mom doesn't want me going.
My mom doesn't get seasick and neither does my brother but my dad does.
Do you think I will get sea-sick if I go?

I have a bet with a stupid, fat friend. \I read in a book once that you can but need proof.

I am talking about just for a body to function; heartbeat, breathing, swallowing, sleeping, etc... As if you were laying in the bed 24 hours a day without eating.

She is about to turn 64 years old and I worry that she hasn't been to a doctor in over 10 years (at least). Whenever I try to get her to go, she just says that she doesn't want to spend her money going to the doctor. She has always been relatively healthy, but I just want her to get a check up or something.

I noticed that a lot of people sniff like they have a cold when they walk past me...is something wrong with me or am I just being paranoid? I'm a very clean person and I dont wear any fragrance that could irritate someones nose. i think i might just be paranoid...but has anyone had similar experience?

I really want to become a doctor. I've wanted it for practically all my life but ten years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes (type 1). It didn't occur to me for a long time that it may be a problem. But I'm just about to finish my final year in high school and I'll be applying to colleges. I know that I could handle the medical training but i'm worried that my internship and residency could be difficult to deal with as a diabetic. I'd be very grateful if anyone working in the health-care sector would be able to advise me.

Cancer has touched the life of someone close to us or someone we know. Billions have been spent on research and yet people are still developing cancer at an alarming rate. There is no doubt that teratogens are playing a big role in the abundance of cancer.
