People die because if they didn't the world would be over populated and there would be nothing left for anyone. Everything in all of existance is in a constant state of change. Nothing stays the same or lasts forever. Once you except that and are ok with it you will be at peace.

Jehovah God created the first human pair perfect and designed them to live forever.However due to their disobedience they lost that privledge.And as descendents of Adam and Eve we all inherit that imperfection,so we all age and eventually die.However,our heavenly Father promises that obedient mankind will again have the opportunity for everlasting life in God's due time.John3:16

When you see a car with rust on it and it is falling apart, that is called oxidization. Humans are similar. We have parts like a car, but we do not get to replace them. We have skin that "rusts" over time and a new coat of paint rarely helps. Scientists DO know the reason a human body falls apart. Look up oxidization on line. You'll find your answer there. Everything is subject to it.

People die to make room for new babies, because it is natural and because of original sin. Causes of death are varied: old age, cancer, illness, semi-trucks at 90 miles an hour, drunk drivers, falling objects, etc, etc, etc,

People can die by many ways... natural disasters, epidemics (microorganisms), accidents, cancer, high blood pressure, heart attack and a lot more or simply because the cells of the organism got older and some vital organ dies!

natural causes such as car accidents, train accidents, plane crashes, or sicknesses, or of old age. Looking at movies such as Final Destination 3 wont give you the answer though.
