I take Yasmin birth control. It's easy to take being smaller than the diameter of an eraser. The only thing to keep in mind is that it takes about 5 cycles until you are 99% safe from pregnancy. There is a ring that you can insert yourself and you only replace it once every month (or 3 months...i can't remember which).
But either way, I have been very happy with Yasmin.

Doctors and journals have said no 1 birth control is 100% garanteed. Two different kinds are a better. But d best we have for now is a good condom, worn and removed properly and not re-used.

I am on the Depo Provera Shot, It is really simple and only costs me the amount to go to the doctor ($25) but check with your health insurance to see if they cover it, if they don't it will be expensive, also, It has made me gain about 30 pounds, So I am currently looking around for more options. Bellow is a website with lots of choices listed:
http://www.plannedparenthood.org/pp2/portal/files/portal/medicalinfo/birthcontrol/pub-contraception-choices.xml
Click on each for more details.
Talk to your OBGYN for the best method for your lifestyle and budget. She/He is your BEST source for this information, but with the link above, you can go in knowing your options and being ready to discuss them.
