Glandular fever stays infective weeks to months after having the illness. You will probably have returned to work by this time. If your not to tired, its important to build up your strengh with gentle exercise.

Only if you could ice skate before having glandular fever. Usually people feel very tired but once you feel well enough to do things, go for it!
