I sleep 7-8 hours/day and have been trying to get more hours to sleep, even on sunday i can sleep whole 15 hours. but i found that i still feel "fatigue" no matter how long i sleep.
Is there any pills/exercise to do to get our energy back to 100% on the next day ? I heard of yoga, meditation, but i am not sure what steps of yoga or meditation (in simplest way) to do before sleep?
And for pills wise, what pills or food should i take to improve my condition ?
