I think a physical fitness test is an exam given by a doctor to show wether or not you are able to do normal activities like breathing properly and stress control. Thats what it was for me when I was getting my first working papers in Junior High School but then again that was a long time ago

It is a test to measure your level of muscular or cardiorespiritory fitness. Usually admistered by some sort of physician.
