I am searching, for a small, clear, plastic case, capable of encapsulating, a corner block of four stamps, somewhat akin to a key fob, not a wall display. Ideally, it would be water resistant, and rugged enough, to carry the stamps in one's pocket without damage.

The display is for all 10 Jefferson nickels and must be acrylic or lucite so that both sides of the coin are visible and be able to hang and/or stand/sit on desk.

I'm making myself some chop sticks. I need to know what type of wood would be best. I have a lilac bush that has some favorable pieces in it... Not sure about lacquer either... What would make the best food-safe chop sticks?

I have a few boys who love autographed baseballs, we bought a few of the fake team balls at the park but they want to display some of the big wigs, Mark Mgwuire, Ken Griffy Jr et..
They don't care if its real and all the real ones are so expensive, is there a website I can goto that I could give them a name of a player and they make a replica one like the ones you buy at the ball park. The ones at the ball park are team balls and I want to display for them individual balls with signatures, just for decoration, I am not into any of the collecting part of it. I tried looking on the net and all of them were real autographs and they were pricey so I would go broke getting 10-20 single autographed balls.
Any sites that do this ?

I belong to a group on Yahoo that makes craft projects for charities and we can always use yarn donations to help us out. We are not for profit. Any ideas for donations here?
Thanks in advance.

I was just wondering...because I am making a black wool coat and am looking for black rose buttons, but I cannot find any so I have decided to make some from polymer clay!
Like this:

But could this jacket be washed if it had polymer clay buttons? Or drycleaned?

Thanks for looking ^__^

I'm trying to polish some small wooden beads for making jewelry with varnish. The problem is how do I dry them without getting lumps of varnish? If I set them on wax paper it pools around the bottom, if I pierce and suspend them, the varnish runs down and hangs from the bottom. They are very small, so I don't want to sand them (it would take hours) and I can't run them through a tumbler/polisher. Any ideas?
