money clip?

my grandfather left me his money clip and I would like to find more info on it.

The front of the clip is a ship and it seems to be in silver?

and on the back it says:
Anson 3,049,772

if you know anything about this clip please let me know :) thanks

I found nine pages of money clips on ebay you could look through. It is very fun to see them all.

Or maybe you could find it on the search list for Anson Moneyclips.
