If I use Mod Podge glue with vellum paper will it show through a votive candle holder?

Not quite sure what you're doing or wanting to know, but if you're just asking about the Mod Podge, it should dry totally clear just like any other white glue would. So as long as you had spread it out relatively smoothly, it shouldn't show through any translucent surface, including vellum.
