I am being totally serious here as my aunt doesn't trust electric blankets and stays in bed a lot just now as she is very ill. Sounds daft I know, but she will love the comfort it will give her.

I recently received my grandmother's Christmas ornaments-from the 1940/50s. They are glass, with shiny metallic finishes, and a great deal of the finish is worn away, marked, or dull. Is there a way to fix that, or a special kind of paint I could use to brighten them up?

I'm making a project for Mother's Day and there are some shiny leaves on the cover.
Problem is: the leaves keep falling off eveytime I glue them on!
And I only have UHU glue stick, what do I do now?
Please don't say: I don't know, Go buy some glue.

Are the paints listed as "primer" by Testor, et al, truely primers, or is that just the name of the color? If it is truely a primer, does it make a difference if I use it? Under what circumstances would it be important?

Where can I find hot pink orange and yellow cardstock (not neon) sold in a package not individually? I'm making wedding programs and need a lot of it, so I don't want to have to buy each sheet separately. I'm having a hard time finding the right colors because I want bright, but not neon.
