I will assume that your sewing machine has a standard low shank attachment. It will attach with a screw it to the pressure bar like other feet, it will als have kind of a "fork" which needs to go over the screw on the needle bar (the one you loosen to change your needle). HTH

Is the walking foot a quilting foot with a little wheel on it? If not, did it come with its own instructions?

I see a quilting foot in the manual, with foot instructions on page 16, but it doesn't look like it has a wheel on it..
