Call your local quilt shop, I am sure there are some quilters in your town who do custom work and will make you a memory quilt out of them.

I own a quilt shop in Piqua, Ohio and provide that service for folks. Those types of quilts are called memory quilts. Just email me & we'll work out the other details. pm@blackberrypatchworks.com

You can Google "baby clothes quilt" and some websites will come up. I used to do them, but I couldn't charge more than $450.00 per quilt, and it takes too long for the money. I made a little gallery of some of the ones I did, just so you can see the possibilities! http://www.kathyannscottage.com/quilt_gallery.htm

Search for quilts and send a conversation to a seller that appeals to you asking for a quote on your custom quilt idea. Many of the sellers there are happy to work with you.
