Like make a hole in the entire thing like in the "olden days" where they hid stuff in it?

I'm sewing a king size quilt together on my sewing machine. I know I need to roll half of it up and place under the arm to get to the middle but where do I start to sew? Do I sew from end to end starting at the middle? or do I sew from the center to the end starting at the middle? I am using spray on basting and cotton batting.

I have finished a cross-stitch pattern but there are many wrinkles in it. I have heard that it isn't good to iron this material after you have done the needlework. Does anyone know the proper way to get the wrinkles out?

Several people I know, including myself are planning to start making candles and selling them. When using parafin was, to be specific, container wax with vybar added, what are the steps to makeing candles. I know you melt the wax and add your scents, but then, is there a certain way you must pour them or can you just pour it into your container. Thanks

tell them what they can do?! It really chaps me. Sorry, but it seems to me like a very childish thing.

Okay, I'm knitting a hat for a teenaged friend of mine. It's going to be a cat-eared hat, so all you really have to do is knit a rectangle and fold it in half, then seam it. The problem is I'm deciphering an infant pattern, and I don't know how many stitches to cast. I'm using size 7 needles.

Also, I'm making knittens, but the pattern lists sizes from 6-10, (half sizes included.) What size would a normal adult female be?

Okay, I am admit, I was an IDIOT. I tried to clean some 50 States Quarters with Tarnex and now they've got a brown tarnish to them. Is there any saving them or should I just put them back into circulation as they've lost any collector value they might have had.

I recently came across a pattern for a beautiful crocheted bag; it called for nylon cord in the directions. I've looked in the yarn section of my craft store and couldn't find the stuff. Where can I find it?
