if you don't have a dremel you can use a chisle and razor blade to clean up then burn the holes and clean off some of the black soot and polly it. good luck=) happy holidays

Hit it with a hammer throughout the wood. That will give it a rustic, beat up look. You don't wantr to hit it square on though hit it kinda on the side of the hammer head.

Rub solid Bee´s wax into the hole´s, then scrape off any excess with a pallet knife or a credit card will do. Then seal with Regency Paste
