First off if someone is with you. You can play Name A Movie starting with the first letter of the alphabet. If know one is in the car you can look at the road and try to name things you see that start with A and so on.

It depends on if your driving. If your driving, you can sing along to the radio or CD your listening to. If you have a passenger with you, there is the "I spy" game. It goes something like this:" I spy with my eyes something that is ****", then you pick a color of an object and the passenger or you has to guess what it is before you pass it. You can play the game even if your the passenger. If your the passenger you can read, sleep, play a hand held game. Something along those lines.

Put one of those recorded books in the CD player. What a painless way to read! Or sleep, if you aren't the one driving!!!!
