Ok, here is my dilemma, I used to play WoW all the time and then I had to move (Sick mother, large house, needed help for rent...long story) Needless to say.....the place only has Dial-up and the phone lines running out to the house are to old to provide high speed connections. No cable companies run out there either.

So, can WoW be played succesfully on DIal up or should I go for my other otion which is sattelite. That aslo poses the problem of
a) it's expensive ($600 for equipment and install)
b) I have heard the connection can be lost in bad weather
c) Something called a Fair Access plan which limits your DL/UL capabilities if you use it too much

So the final question is, WoW on dial up....still fun or lags so much you'll beat the crap out of your computer?

I am running 2ghz processor, 1g of ram and I forget my graphix card but i know it supports it. I also have not played for a year....i dread the patch download already but if i can play it will be worth it.

We got a new computer at the end of Sept. - it has 2G SDRAM and an 80G hard drive I think... I bought it for multimedia, not gaming though. We decided to get The Sims 2 and now my husband has gone nuts building houses and a gazillion Sims. Now our game runs terribly - choppy and slow. What can we do to fix this? Is there an overwriting problem? We also added Family Fun Stuff and Glamour Life Stuff packs.

I've seen some of the players in the game with the Legends, Predators, and Zheros. Is there a way I can get those cleats for my created players?

So what if I like to play outdated computer games?

I have previously found copies online, and apparently I'm retarded or something, because after I unzip it--It does not work.

Anyone :-)

I've been thinking about being a cartoonist (making a comic strip) for the past three years and I have the imagination, dedication, and humor. I don't have any supplies though (everything I draw has been on notepads with a pencil or on a computer). So what supplies would I need and where would I go to get them?

P.S. In case you're wondering I'm not really focused on getting anything syndicated right now, just doing this as a hobby.

I also would like to know the difference between a federal reserve note and a United States Note 2.00 bill. Also an uncirculated set of 1943 lead pennies from each mint. What are rolls of mercury dimes worth. Would appreciate any input. Also have silver dollars.

I don't have it, but I'm hoping to get it. But my mom is very protective over me (It's her job) and she is saying she doesn't think I can get it cause it says it has Mature Sexual Themes, Realistic Violence, Sexual Themes, and Violence. It isn't really that bad... is it??? How can I convince my mom it's not that bad. Or is it that bad? Anyway, Thanks!
