wal-mart craft/sewing section, any craft store such as michaels or jo-ann fabrics. i never pay more than a dollar a pack of fiber fill.

I also find WalMart to be the cheapest, but most craft stores carry this.. But a suggestion! I've made many pillows, and I've found filling a casing with loose fiberfill eventually "bunches up" and you end up with a lumpy, unattractive pillow. Better to spend a little more and buy the pillow form. Another thing I often do is hit the thrift stores and buy old decorative pillows, remove the covering (or not), clean well, and use that! Many times the quality is much better in the older forms than the ones we buy today! I've also bought standard bed pillows at the thrift store and opened them up, removed enough of the filling to make the size I need and restitch the ends closed. Works great and you can control the amount of "loft" you want! Good luck!
